Visit Regulation

1、The exhibition will be opened only for furniture professionals on 7-10 September and other trade person may enter by ticket on 10 September.
2、Furniture professionals should take with invitation or name card to register and change entry card at the reception desk.
3、Other trade person should buy ticket for entry.
4、Don’t take photo or video in the hall without the approval of the organization committee.
5、Staff of the organization committee has right to keep anyone, who is considered by the organization committee to annoy the exhibition or exhibitor or visitor or cause inconvenience to them, out of the exhibition hall.
6、Young people under 16 are not allowed to visit.

Prize items：the “Best Booth Design” will be voted by experts’ jury invited by the Fair. There will be 2 Gold Medals, 4 Silver Medals and 6 Copper Medals.

Publicize：The result will be announced at the Thanks & Awarding Banquet

Spot Service

◆ In Business Center we provide services such as translation, telephone card commissioned to sell, copy, fax, receiving and sending e-mail, information, etc..

◆ In the hall of No.3 gate, we provide hotel booking and train ticket and flight ticket services. There also are information desks for SAIC, State Intellectual Property Office, The Quality & Technology Supervision Bureau and import & export business.

◆ The reception desk, left-luggage office and grocer are beside the No.1 gate and No. 3 gate of the hall.

◆ We provide perfect food service. There are west food area and fast food area at the back square of the exhibition hall. Service time is from 11:00am to 3:00pm.

◆ There are free special bus from Xingang subway station, beside the Guangzhou Bazhou Exhibition Hall, to Qianjin Exhibition Center directly. Work time is from 9:30am to 2:30pm.

◆ We will provide free special bus directly to Guangzhou Bazhou Exhibition Hall at 4:00pm and 4:30pm on 7-9 September and at 3:00pm and 3:30pm on 10 September .

◆ There are medical office and security duty office at the back square of the exhibition hall.
