Developing the Advantage of Furniture Manufacturing Base
Shunde of Guangdong Province is one of the earliest furniture manufacturing bases in China. During nearly 30 years’ reform and open, the furniture manufacture in Shunde has developed towards International level. There are over 3000 furniture manufactories and accessory enterprises. Shunde was awarded as “Chinese Furniture Manufacturing Town” and “Chinese Furniture Material City”. Through over ten terms exhibitions, the Dragon Excellent Furniture Fair has already become a well-know specialized exhibition outside and inside of China and one of indispensable exhibitions among furniture exhibitions, which attracted lots of purchasers from nearly 90 countries and regions.
Consummating Layout
In the exhibition hall, all booths were divided into specialty sections per international standard including family furniture section, office furniture section and material section, which the layout is more reasonable. At the same time, Shunde, with advantages of furniture manufacturing, furniture material and furniture markets, built a great trade platform for exhibition and manufacturers. There are almost 3000 furniture manufactories, furniture market with area of 3000000m2 and material market with area of 1000000m2 in an area of 20 kilometers around the exhibition hall, which made an ideal purchasing place.
Intensifying the Publicity
The organizer increased advertisements on foreign media and disseminated exhibitions’ information on furniture magazines respectively in Germany, England, Italy, the U.S.A., France, South Korea, Japan, Singapore and countries of Middle East, at the same time intensified the publicities on Dragon exhibitions on all kinds of specialty media in China, which got good results.
Improving Services
The year of 2008 is Olympic year of China and the requirement of furniture inside and outside will further increase. The Organization Committee of the 16th Dragon Excellent Furniture Fair improved services for exhibition while they were consummating facilities in exhibition hall and they made great efforts on providing comfortable services for exhibitors and visitors. They will take furniture manufactories together to build a better exhibition platform and try hard to provide an ideal exhibition environment for exhibitors and drive furniture industry towards a better future.
